Our subscription recommendations are based on the pet details you supply. Subscriptions are non-transferable and cannot be sold to others.

Payment Terms: Credit or debit cards (MasterCard, Visa or AMEX) are required for payment. We reserve the right to modify accepted payment methods.

Recurring Charges: Subscriptions involve automatic recurring payments. You may pause or cancel through your account dashboard or by emailing our Customer Support at info@groverpetfoods.com. Card charges occur after your cancellation deadline and before package preparation and dispatch, except initial deliveries which are charged immediately upon purchase. Cancelled subscriptions are not eligible for partial refunds based on remaining subscription days.
